How to Measure
For the most accurate comparison, measure a pair of pajamas or similar clothing that fits you well and compare those measurements to our chart.
Bust / Chest Circumference: Measure around the fullest part of the garment's chest area, keeping the measuring tape level.
Garment Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to the bottom hem of the top.
Shoulder Width: Measure straight across the shoulders from one shoulder seam to the other.
Waist — Relaxed: Measure across the waistband while it is relaxed, then double the measurement to get the full circumference. Because the waistband is elastic, it can stretch beyond the relaxed measurement.
Hip Circumference: Measure around the fullest part of the shorts, keeping the tape level.
Shorts Length: Measure from the top of the waistband down to the bottom hem of the shorts.

- Use a laundry bag and mild, neutral detergent.
- Do not bleach or use fabric softener.
- Hang or lay flat to dry in a cool, shaded area. Do not tumble dry or expose to direct sunlight.
- Do not twist or wring the fabric.
- If ironing is needed, turn inside out and use a low temperature (≤110°C).
